Introducing the New Manager's at Manor Farm

After much deliberation, I would like to announce that I have appointed Charlotte Kane and Jonathon Belcher as both my new business partners and managers of Manor Farm Equestrian Centre.

I acquired the rundown facility in order to develop Manor Farm into the top class equestrian facility it should be and it was fundamental that we recruited partners who shared both my passion and vision for the future. We carried out a rigorous selection process, interviewing a number of excellent candidates, which were ultimately whittled down to two couples. The final decision was extremely difficult due to the quality of the candidates, however after a couple of weeks of sleepless night's we decided that Charlotte and Jonathon would be the couple who could help me make Manor Farm the premier Equestrian Centre.
Born and raised in the East of England, Charlotte and Jonathon have been involved with horses for many years, teaching at all levels from beginners to the more advanced riders, schooling and competing. Jonathon brings to Manor Farm a lifetime of experience with horses, having progressed through the Pony Club ranks competing and even enjoyed a season with a stunt riding team. Jonathon currently works full time in business management, a decisive element required to further the development of the equestrian centre, which will have a large focus on both liveries and competitions. Charlotte (BHSAI) brings many years of equestrian experience gained through working at a local yard and equestrian centre, competing on her own and other horses in many different events but with a focus on dressage.

Speaking on their appointment Jonathon and Charlotte commented ‘’we are delighted to be given this fantastic opportunity at Manor Farm Equestrian Centre, It is a riding centre of huge importance in this part of the country. Our aim is to provide top class livery and hold both affiliated and unaffiliated competitions. We expect this will attract both advanced as well as the local riding club owner's. Together with Mr George, our combined objective is to make Manor Farm a Centre of Equestrian Excellence’’.

I am delighted to have attracted two young and dynamic people such as Jonathon and Charlotte to run the Equestrian Centre but who importantly share my passion and vision for the site. The facilities and care available at Manor Farm will be first class and we are all looking forward to the Centre opening fully later in 2012.

Regards

Mick George
